I've tried a couple of cleanses and they all pretty much tast like dirt or leave you with little to no energy at all. This is not really a true cleanse but if you workout and don’t like starving yourself it will get the job done. The Shakeology “cleanse” program is a calorie restricted but nutrient rich cleanse. You won’t be drinking any crazy drinks made of lemon and peppers and maple syrup. With Shakeology instead of feeling like someone from return of the living dead, you will feel satisfied & energetic.
The aim of the Shakeology cleanse is to get the most nutrients you can with the fewest calories possible. While doing this cleanse you will have the calories you need to fuel your workouts and still be able to rid your body of toxins. The weight loss that will come naturallly with this cleanse is just an added bonus. (Here is a list of the Top 10 Cleanses )
