How To Do The Shakeology 3-Day "Cleanse"

I've tried a couple of cleanses and they all pretty much tast like dirt or leave you with little to no energy at all. This is not really a true cleanse but if you workout and don’t like starving yourself it will get the job done. The Shakeology “cleanse” program is a calorie restricted but nutrient rich cleanse. You won’t be drinking any crazy drinks made of lemon and peppers and maple syrup. With Shakeology instead of feeling like someone from return of the living dead, you will feel satisfied & energetic.

The aim of the Shakeology cleanse is to get the most nutrients you can with the fewest calories possible. While doing this cleanse you will have the calories you need to fuel your workouts and still be able to rid your body of toxins. The weight loss that will come naturallly with this cleanse is just an added bonus. (Here is a list of the Top 10 Cleanses )

Farewell "Juice Man"

Jack LaLanne AKA The Juice Man Died Sunday at age 96 of respiratory failure due to pneumonia. I never had the honor of meeting Mr. LaLanne in person but he was an inspiration to me and many others. He inspired many people to get in shape and eat whole foods way before it became popular to do so. Jack LaLanne was the fitness movement and an American icon. I'm almost in tears as I write this but he lived a fun healthy life and he will truly be missed.

"The only way you can hurt the body is not use it." Inactivity is the killer and remember, it's never too late." - Jack LaLanne

K's Workout

Hey guys this is a kind of modified version of the snowlanta/holiday workout. It's a circuit workout designed to work your whole body in under an hour. Do 15-25 reps each on the exercises that you don't use weights. On the exercises where you do use weights do about 10-12 reps each. On the *burnout do as many as you can of each exercise for 1 minute. Remember to take a 30 second rest before and after each *burnout. Drink lots of water. If you try this workout I would love to hear what you think so shoot me an email or leave a comment. I'm about to do it right now lol
