Chest & Tri Workout
Chest Press - 1 or 2 warm up sets - 2 working set - last one is drop set
Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets
Dumbbell Fly - 2 sets
Dumbbell Pullover - 2 sets
Triceps Pulldown - 2 sets with bar and 2 sets with rope
