  Federal Grand Jury indicts former major league Baseball pitcher Roger Clemens. He testified before the House Committee on Oversight and Government reform in 2008, with his former trainer, Brian McNamee.

According to the Department of Justice, he has been "charged with one count of obstruction of Congress, three counts of making false statements and two counts of perjury."
