Benifits of Working out at Home

There are numerous benefits to working out at home. The best one to me is the cost. The average gym membership cost between $30 and $50 per month, and let’s not forget the initial one time membership set up fee that can be as much as $200. I think I paid $800 or more dollars in the course of a year for my gym membership. That is without even adding the cost of travel to get there. Throw in the days I just didn’t feel like traveling to get there and some would say most of that money went to waste. Don’t get me wrong I think everyone should workout and I’m not saying the gym isn’t good. I’m just saying it wasn’t the best choice
for me because of time and money. Think about it for second, think about what you could do with not even 25% of the money you would save by working out at home. I’m not going to even tell you how many of my
friends have gym memberships and have never stepped foot back in the gym since they signed up. Working out and being healthy shouldn’t be a student loan. Why not take some of that money and invest it in some
workout equipment of your own or some workout DVD’s. You just wake up pop in a disc pick up some dumbbells or some bands and get it in. You don’t have to get all pretty or worry about people trying to pick you up. You don’t even have to get dressed (-: bucket naked push ups anyone lol … Seriously though unless you’re a body builder or you have loads of time on your hand and money to waste a gym membership is not needed to me. If it’s motivation you need join the Beachbody community for free there are millions of people
who are waiting to cheer you on.
