Cable Pull 4 sets 6-12 reps
Inbetween sets do Trunk Curl for 1 min
Underhand Grip Pulldown 4 sets 6-12 reps
Inbetweens sets do Seated Barbell Twist 20 reps
Crossbody Hammer Curls 4 set 8-12 reps
Inbetweens sets do Seated Jacknife for 1 min
