I don't do crossfit but I am a fan of it. I am always trying to get women to do resistance training or weight training. For some reason a lot of women think they will get bulky or become the incredible hulk. The male and female body where made differently and I don't know any women with enough testosterone to get ginormous. I know alot of women that do P90X or other weight training programs and they go heavy but there still lean and sexy. So watch this vid and pick up a dumbbells ladies.
